Firstly, we want to thank-you for all you hard work in supplying us with the Notepads, Question and Answer Pads, Session Evaluation Pads, Overall Evaluation Forms, Gartner Light Pens, Stubbie Coolers and Staff T-Shirts. Your ability to turn around the supply of products for the 2002 Gartner Symposium/ITxpo on demand and as promptly as possible, was much appreciated.
The Pens were a great success, and the Notepads, Q&A Pads, Overall and Session Evaluation forms were of an excellent standard. And the stubbie coolers were a success too.

On a personal note Noela, I want to thank-you for taking the time to action any queries I may have had, in the lead up to the event and meeting all deadlines that we had set in place.
